The vineyards are located in the northern part of Treviso, at an elevation of 270 meters, right at the foot of the Dolomites, on the hills of Feletto, in a picturesque setting.
After gentle pressing, the wine was fermented at 20 °C and aged on fine lees at 12–14 °C for one month in stainless steel tanks.
A pale straw-yellow sparkling wine with greenish hues, sparkling clarity, an almost endless stream of bubbles, and the finest of bubbles. The first notes to emerge are those of freshly baked bread, followed by apple, pear, and peach, alongside the sophistication of rose petals and acacia blossoms.
On the palate, it is both fresh and full-bodied, with pleasant acidity in the finish. Excellent drinkability. Serve well-chilled, at 6–8 °C!
