How can I get to the event venue and back to the city?
By public transportation Take tram No. 1 to the Nagyerdei körút, Gyógyfürdő (Thermal Bath), or Egyetem (University) stops; the event entrances are just a few minutes’ walk from there. For more information: www.dkv.hu
By car Parking is available in the underground garage beneath the Ködszínház, on Nagyerdei körút, on Pallagi road, in front of the Klinika (Clinics), and on Oláh Gábor St.
By bike We will set up bike racks at both entrances to the event where you can park your bikes. The bike racks are not guarded!
What am I not allowed to bring onto the event grounds?
Items that pose a particular threat to public safety (e.g., drugs, pyrotechnic devices, items containing explosive, toxic, or flammable substances, firearms, knives, pepper spray, lead-weighted batons, telescopic batons, throwing stars, slingshots, etc.)
bicycles
alcoholic beverages
food or tobacco products in commercial quantities
Drones may only be brought into the event area with prior authorization.
What about pets?
You may bring your pet, provided all of the following conditions are met: a valid vaccination record, a unique identifier (microchip), a leash, a collar, a muzzle for dogs weighing over 10 kg, and a tag with the owner’s phone number. If your pet poses a threat to the enjoyment or physical safety of others, we reserve the right to refuse entry!
But we recommend leaving your pet at home, because the music will be loud and it’s easy for pets to get lost in the vast forest.
Can I pay with a credit card?
This event is cashless; payment is accepted only by credit card.
Where can I turn in a found wallet or other items? Where should I look if mine is missing?
Please turn in any found items to the staff at the ticket booths located at the entrances; you can also inquire about missing items there.
Is there a tobacco shop?
There is no tobacco shop on the event grounds.

Is there a luggage storage area?
There is no luggage or valuables storage at the event.
Where can I go if I have an accident, get injured, or experience a health issue during the event?
The first-aid station is located next to the Nagyerdei Open-Air Stage; you can find its exact location on the map. But feel free to approach any of our staff members wearing a lanyard or a burgundy T-shirt.
The sky is overcast, and rain is expected. Will the event still take place?
The organizer intends to start and continue the announced event even under uncertain weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you bring warm and waterproof clothing in case of expected inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather, we will post an announcement regarding the cancellation of the event no later than 8:00 p.m. on the day before the event on the websites www.fonixinfo.hu and www.boresjazz.hu. If no such announcement is made, Főnix will proceed with the event as planned. Főnix reserves the right to cancel the event or reschedule it on-site depending on the weather.
